Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement
1. General Use of Property
By booking this property, I acknowledge and agree that:
• I am using the home and all amenities at my own risk
• I accept full responsibility for myself and all guests in my party
2. Hot Tub Use – Assumption of Risk
I understand that use of the hot tub includes inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Slipping and falling
• Drowning
• Overheating or dehydration
• Injury, illness, or death
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with hot tub use.
3. Hot Tub Age & Supervision Policy
I acknowledge and agree to the following rules regarding hot tub use:
• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the hot tub
• All individuals under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Use of the hot tub is limited to safe and reasonable time periods
• I am responsible for ensuring all members of my group follow these rules
Failure to follow these rules is at my own risk and responsibility.
4. Health & Safety Acknowledgment
I understand that hot tub use may not be safe for individuals who are:
• Pregnant
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Experiencing certain medical conditions
I accept full responsibility for determining whether use is safe for myself and my group.
5. Property Features & Vintage Elements
I understand this is a vintage-themed property, and certain features may be:
• Older or unique in design
• Different from modern construction
I accept these conditions as part of the experience and assume any associated risks.
6. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner, hosts, and affiliates from any and all
claims, including:
• Injury
• Illness
• Loss
• Damage
• Death
arising from use of:
• The home
• Hot tub
• Property or amenities
7. Personal Property
The property owner is not responsible for:
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
8. Damages
I agree to be financially responsible for:
• Any damage caused by me or my guests
• Misuse of the property or amenities
9. Agreement

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date will receive a 60% refund.
Cancellations made 29 days or less
before check-in are non-refundable.
