Stay & Play Gym BnB – Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Agreement
By booking and/or staying at the Stay & Play Gym BnB, I (the Guest) acknowledge and agree to the
following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that the property includes active recreational equipment including, but not limited to:
• Trampolines
• Foam pit
• Tumbling equipment
• Obstacle course equipment
• Swings
• Loft sleeping area and ladder access
I acknowledge that use of these features involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Falls
• Collisions
• Improper landings
• Serious injury, paralysis, or death
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.
2. Use at Own Risk
I agree that:
• All gym and recreational equipment is used at my own risk
• I am responsible for supervising all minors in my group
• I will ensure all participants use equipment safely and appropriately
3. Ladder & Loft Use
I understand that:
• The loft requires climbing a ladder
• Falls from height may result in serious injury
Use is entirely at my own risk.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner, hosts, and affiliates from any and all
claims, including:
• Injury
• Loss
• Damage
• Death
arising from use of:
• Gym equipment
• Building
• Property grounds
• Any amenities
5. Responsibility for Guests
I accept full responsibility for:
• All members of my group
• Any guests or visitors I allow on the property
6. Damages
I agree to be financially responsible for:
• Any damage caused by me or my group
• Misuse of equipment or property
7. General Vacation Rental Terms
I understand:
• This is a privately owned property
• The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings
8. Agreement
By checking the box, I confirm that:
• I have read and understand this waiver
• I voluntarily agree to all terms
• I accept full responsibility and risk
